We own Woodland Springs and feel we must reply to the review by Lisa Chohdri. She was a one night stay over a bank holiday. The pitch she was on was a mixed pitch, that is a centre strip of hard standing with grass either side. Small willows separate this pitch from other pitches and the out look out the back of the pitch is 1 acre of open grass land that borders our woods, a beautiful view. This pitch is highly sought after because of the outlook and the wildlife you can see from it.

Having seen the website we decided to try this site. We were allocated a pitch alongside other motorhomes with no greenery around at all. It was like being in a car park. When I politely asked to move, I was first told abruptly NO, when I explained my displeasure with the pitch I was asked what I expect from a caravan park? We were charged full whack of £18 for the night and do not feel this was value or pleasant service for the money. Needless to say we will not be returning to this site again.
