Look out for the Daddy as he is in charge now, those where the words that we was told by the owner. We went to go camping and normally goto Pindale farm, as we like the location and have had some great weekends there. However things was very different today, we drove up and saw a sign stating the site was full, but we thought that it meant the bottom field as the top field where we normally stay was empty, there was a maximum of 12 tents in the field, and room for alot more, I have been there and seen that field completely full and not even been able to get a car on there. So we drove onto the field, just opened the van door and got the tent out, then this bloke walks round, I said, "hi, allright mate?" he replied "I am, but your not!", very arrogant and with a complete attitude, no wonder he lives out there in the middle of no where, he said that "we are full!", I said, "ok no problems, but when I've been before, which I go every year, this field is always full", he replied "yes, but Daddy is incharge now!", aparantly his son had been running it and cost him alot of money, can't see how myself as there was always plenty of people on the 2 fields, he also tried to make me out as a liar stating he had a woman who supposeldy stayed there every year and was surprised she had to pay. The morel of this story is, if you want to be spoken to and looked at like something that you've stepped in, then goto Pindale farm, I for one will NOT be going back there ever again.

The site is in a nice location and the cost of staying per night was really cheap. However, the Ladies toilets were absolutely disgusting. There were no toilet rolls, the floor was grimy and dirty and you literally had to put your hand over your nose and mouth when you were in there as the smell was horrendous. If the toilets had been cleaned and/or if there were proper cleaning facilities for us to clean up ourselves, it would have been a great place to stay. I would rather pay a bit more for clean facilities.

I was most dissapointed with the condition of the toilets, showers and washing facilities for pots. The toilets were absolutely filthy and were not cleaned the whole time I was there. Infact my partner and I came back a day early beacuse we could not stomach the filth and horrid stench of the facilities another day more! I shall not be camping at this site again!

The toilets and showers were extremely dirty and unhygienic. I stayed for 5 days and they were not cleaned once. Toilet rolls were not replaced either. Needless to say I won't be going again!

Showers and toilets Very dirty, not cleaned the whole time we were there. There was a mop in the toilets, which took 3 buckets of clean water to make clean. Very very upset !!!
