Yo, PG chill, you ordered online, dealing with people over the phone does not equal the instore customer service, it's pretty darn good where I live.

Debenhams customer service has to be the worst in the world! I've wasted many man hours trying to sort out the item I ordered, which was also a birthday present for someone else. Passed from one person to another on the call helpline, I finally lost my patience & had to hang up, do to their stupid incompetence. I'll never shop Debenhams online again.
