Good Points: Very friendly staff Bad Points: Loud and noisey neighbours. One screaming at his friend on the phone every 3 hours. No handbook to advice on what to do in this situation, I certainly wasn't going to tell him myself as a lone female. Breakfast very expensive, you can buy cheaper in the city. Strange bit of blue carpet on one of the floors and I had to ask for a hair dryer at reception as they were not provided in the room as per the website! General review: Ok

Good Points: I enjoyed the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. I always enjoy the breakfast and the cheeriness of the Cafe in the morning. I enjoyed having one of the renovated rooms and will request again if I'm back in Belfast. Bad Points: The bathroom was clean, but lacked drying racks for the towels and a bath rug to step on when exiting the shower. The water dripped from the curtain and puddled on the floor, making it awkward to walk in the bathroom because you had to avoid the water. General review: Since I've stayed at this property previously, I knew pretty much what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the renovated room, its cleansliness and comfort. It was better than the room I'd had two years previous. Overall, I was very satisfied with the product and will certainly come back. I do believe it is a very good value and the staff is fabulous! Thank you.
