On arrival at the hotel i found we were situated on the 4th floor, we booked this room months in advance and requested a cot so it was clear we had an infant with us so why on earth would we be situated on the 4th floor when our only way to get to our room was in a lift that barely fit our pram in nevermind us as well. On entering the room I could only just fit in the room with the pram and I had no access to the wardrobe as the travel cot was placed right in front of it. The room was so cramped I had to get changed in the bathroom later that night. I went to close the curtains in the bedroom and the on-suite and both sets fell off so i then had to climb on a chair to fix them in order to get changed. My family and I were attending a function at a nearby hotel so were out until the early hours of the morning. When we arrived back i was disgusted to find blood stains on the bed sheets which i was expected to sleep under and it was too late at night to complain at this time. I was also reluctant to let my newborn baby sleep in the travel cot at this time. At 8:30 in the morning my daughter was woken up by the loud noises coming from the lift maintenence cupboard. At this point I was furious as my stay had well and truly been ruined. It however does not end there. We proceded at 9:20am to the restaurant for breakfast. There were no clean tables so i had to ask a member of staff to find us one. Then a different member off staff took us to a dirty table and said she would clean it. The dirty cutlery a plates were removed but the table was not wiped and then the clean cutlery was placed on top off a dirty table full of crumbs, brown sauce and butter. I then found that there was no bread left for toast and that i was only provided with a shot glass to drink my orange juice with! I felt with these levels of penny pinching and poor cleanliness that I no longer wished to eat the food provided.

This place is awful to say the least. The rooms are old and dirty. The bathroom tiles were crack and mildew. The shower didnt work. The radiator didnt work in our room and when i complained i was totally ignored. The food was horrible and the cutlery was dirty i would go there again,it really spoiled our short break.I also got charged £20.00 to park outside the hotel when they advertise Free Parking.Stay away if you want a nice hotel. This certainly isnt one. Fautly towers is better run than this dump.id rather sleep on the beach than back there.A total Holiday from Hell
