Bad Points: for the money i paid i expected to find a bottle of water in my room.
considering this was meant to be a special room, there was nothing special about it
the water in the bathroom took an age to warm up
"The concierge will get you a taxi sir" Well he might have done if he had been there. i got my own
£198 for an average room and no breakfast included. i knew this when i made my reservation, but the booking did not represent value for money
