BOUGHT TWO CUPS OF COFFEE, A BACON BAP AND A SMALL SIZE BABY JAR FOR MY 6 MONTH OLD SON, ALL THEY HAD FOR HIM WAS PORRIDGE AND THAT WAS IT!!!!!.
WHEN THE LADY AT THE TILL SAID THAT WILL BE £6 AND MORE, I SAID YOU HAVE TO BE JOKING DONT YOU, THE BABY JAR COST ME 95p WHICH IN ANY OTHER SHOP ONLY COSTS 55p.
EXTREMELY DIGUSTED WITH THIS CONCIDERING ASDA ALLOW YOUR BABY A FREE JAR OF FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!
THE COFFEE WAS CLOSE TO BEING COLD, SO MY MUM DECIDED TO WARM IT UP IN THE MICROWAVE THAT YOU USE TO WARM BABY BOTTLES WITH, WE ALSO HAD TO MOVE TABLES BECAUSE UNDER OUR FEET WERE BEANS ALL OVER THE FLOOR, AND EVEN THE CLEAN TRAYS WERE DIRTY.WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE NOR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, MAKES YOU WONDER WHAT THE KITCHEN IS LIKE!!!!!!.

What a difference a helpful member of staff can make! The lady that eventually served me (Felicity - ground floor) was very helpful and friendly, constructive in her advice, polite and respecful at all times, and without doubt secured the sale. A credit to the Gloucester store.

Very accessible from car parks - lovely warm, friendly staff, like all Gloucester people are. Very helpful and made my visit to the store and a task I hate - shopping - very enjoyable.
Full marks to Debenhams
