Thoroughly lovely reception staff. customer service next to none. cant be faulted. my family and i have came for years and wouldnt go anywhere else esp after the vacation of previous illmannered management. the optician provided me with care best ive received fro the NHS. he should be pleased with himself and the new management should be truly proud of the fantastic staff they have. 10 out 10 definitely!

A very freindly and accommodating service. Pleasant and professional staff that put you at ease. I would definitely recommend these as the optician to goto, if needsbe, when in Whitehaven. First rate and setting a standard to be followed.
