This was our 3rd stay at the Inn, it just gets better and better. Stayed in room 11 this time, wonderful only down side it was very cold as the heating went off, reception did offer to make us a peat fire though. Took some other family memebrs with us and they also had a fantastic time. Highly recommend a visit.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Inn at Whitewell, we were celebrating a special occasion and our experience was certainly enhanced by the wonderful hotel and staff. The view from our room was beautiful and so serene and relaxing. The room oozed character and we loved the large luxurious bed and modern spacious bathroom. For us the luxury of getting away from everything and escaping to the country for a romantic evening was made as special as we had hoped by the warm welcome and friendly staff. We ate dinner in the restaurant, the food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and recommended us a wonderful wine to accompany our meal. In addition to this the freshly cooked breakfast was delicious especially the porridge. The hotel offers a luxurious experience, you feel at home and relaxed in exquisite, historical surroundings without any of the pretentiousness that usually accompanies this type of hotel. We have found a gem of a place and can't wait to escape back to our country residence! Mr & Mrs Yates

I'm lucky enough to spend about a night a week at the whitewell. The rooms are a delight, each with its own library. The food is truly excellent, not a place for a diet though. These are both well above the average but neither of them are the selling points. The view: truly awe inspiring, even better with a pint of blond witch in your hand! Best hotel I've stayed in in England.

We just stopped by for lunch. We had excellent food at a table with a wonderful view. The bar areas were cosy and staff were very welcoming. Highlight of the trip!

my husband and myself stayed here in august 2005.At the time building work was going on but it didn't interfere with our stay.It was every bit as special as I had hoped. The food was beautiful. The rooms were grogeous and the scenery was just as good. We had the best weekend ever . If you want romance and a beautiful hotel this is the place to go. I hope to be back soon. THANKYOU

Thank you for a lovely time at your wonderful hotel, there was 8 in our party and i had a great birthday. My husband and I had booked room 6 the suite so all the family could get together before dining. A little disappionted that we were unable to borrow wine glasses so we could drink the bubbly I had been given as a present, or indeed the wine we had bought from your shop. The food was excellent and the rooms lovely I hope we will return in the future (I will bring my own glasses) Thank you The Deaville & Wilkie party
