for Salford Quays Jog as your favourite British event.

Ho ho ho... Come and have a go!!
A fun run/jog/walk for all ages and abilities around the Salford Quays. Get your heart pumping and join a sea of Santas for some festive fun.

Come get into the festive spirt and take part in the 3km route that follows paths around the Quays on a largely smooth surfaced and the flat route. There are no steps on the route so it is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. You can complete as many laps as you like (finishing by 12.30pm) and mince pies and refreshments will be available after the jog.
