for The Radox Great British Mud Run as your favourite British event.

Launched by Lady Isabella and Lady Victoria Hervey, Radox has created the 5K Great British Mud Runs to help people feel better. Participants will not only be raising money to help the hearts of the nation, but will also get to exercise their own heart by participating. The Radox Great British Mud Runs are set to be fun for everyone, ideal for families, social groups or for those going solo. Those taking part can walk, jog or run - as long as everyone has fun, gets muddy and raises as much sponsorship money as possible! All participants will be given a full sized bottle of Radox Herbal Bath at the end of the race so they can go home and relax in a bubble bath whilst washing off the mud! Set in the stunning location of Warwick Castle, the 5K course is a tour around the beautiful grounds allowing everyone to experience some of the breath-taking views. There are only 500 places available on the run so those wanting to take part are encouraged to join up as soon as possible! The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is the nation’s heart charity, raising funds for pioneering research that saves and improves the lives of vulnerable men, women and children whose hearts are in crisis. Every two minutes someone has a heart attack – only half will survive. This is why the BHF spends £95 a minute every day on vital heart research. The Midlands Radox Great British Mud Run is one of three taking place around the country and by joining in you can help to make your local event the biggest of them all.
