Born 1961 - English chef and restauranteur.
Backed by Albert Roux opened restaurant in Harveys in 1987. Became youngest British chef to be awarded three Michelin stars. Opened The Canteen Restaurant in Chelsea Harbour. Opened Quo Vadis in 1996; interior designed by Damien Hirst.
