Gavin Hastings
Born on 3rd of January 1962
Born 1962 - Scottish rugby player.
An outstanding Scottish rugby player who made his debut for Scotland in 1986, and played in the 1987, 1991 and 1995 World Cups. He was in the team when Scotland won the Grand Slam in 1990, and captained the team for the first time in 1992-93 season. He also played for British Lions and captained them during the 1993 tour of New Zealand. He retired after the 1995 World Cup in South Africa.
