East Molesey is an undiscovered treasure only 25 minutes from Central London and a 5-minute walk from the historic Hampton Court Palace and its beautiful grounds and is perfect for walks, bird and deer watching. Just outside the palace boat trips up and down stream can be booked as well as individual row-boats. Hampton Court Palace also offers its own golf course open to non-members. Only 5 minutes away is the historic market town of Kingston-Upon-Thames, which dates back to mediaeval times and was the site for the crowning of many English kings and the King's stone is still there to be seen today. However, Kingston is also the perfect location for shopping and dining, featuring many of the high street names that can be found in Central London's Oxford Street and Bond Street. The fabulous Regency town of Richmond-Upon-Thames is only 15 minutes away and boasts many wonderful shops, restaurants and its own Victorian theatre featuring west end productions (booking can be arranged with prior notice). Chessington World of Adventures is only 10 minutes away. This is the perfect spot for touring the South East of England with easy access via the A3 to the beautiful surrounding countryside and many quaint old English villages. The old village of East Molesey itself has many wonderful shops and Italian, French, Chinese, Thai and Indian restaurants within easy walking distance from the property. Of course, East Molesey has its own historical pubs, including The Bell that dates back beyond the 14th century and was a haunt for many highwaymen including the notorious Robert Duval. Almost all of the original features of the pub remain to be seen today. Population 8,000
