A warm, friendly welcome awaits you at our traditional beef, sheep and dairy farm ideally located on the Devon/Cornwall border and popular with guests touring many attractions in the West Country. We offer excellent four star accommodation on a 260 acre farm in a beautiful quiet rural location but easily accessible from the A30 (4 miles). Enjoy a relaxing break in one of our cottages with all essential appliances, fixtures and furnishings. All four cottages have their own distinctive features and characteristics. A traditional country décor resides throughout with exposed beams and wood burners set in stone fire places creating a warm atmosphere reminiscent of days gone by. The cottages sleep up to 6 people each and are fully equipped with excellent furniture, TV, DVD and video players. Bed linen is provided and the beds made up prior to arrival. Kitchens include integrated dishwasher, fridge and microwave, oil fired central heating plus wood-furner in the lounge. There is a garden/patio with furniture and barbecue. The first things you will notice on your arrival on the working farm is the warm welcome you receive from Linda and her family who will do their up most to ensure your stay is remembered for all the right reasons. In addition to our accommodation we have an on site beauty suite including spa, sauna and gym. Katie our therapist offers a variety of treatments including relaxing aromatherapy massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, gel and acrylic nails, contour wrap and platinum detox. You will meet the traditional farmers Derek and Raymond milking the Holstein Friesian dairy cows twice a day and James a lively teenager who will have great delight showing you the lambs and calves being fed, the cows milked and the beef cattle roaming the fields. You are welcome to join in with every day life on the farm. There is always much to see and plenty going on.
