Barton Cottage is a 2 bedroom classic period cotswold stone semi-detached cottage situated on the edge of the Cotswold village of Bourton-on-the-Water. It's a 1 minute walk to the famous Mousetrap Inn (visited by Agatha Christie !). While many of the older cottages are quite cramped, Barton Cottage gives well appointed accommodation spread over 3 floors but still with all the charm of exposed beams, exposed stone walls and even a fully functioning wood burner. The accommodation has been thoughtfully renovated to make a spacious and comfortable holiday cottage. The cottage was completely refurbished in 2008. The cottage comprises of an open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining area and lounge with open fire and real wood burner, original beams and Cotswold stone exposed walls. Barton cottage has a small patio area and there is off street parking for one small/medium car outside.
