special, peaceful atmosphere. It is privately tucked away on the edge of
the pretty village of Puddletown - close to Dorchester. This is an
excellent location for easy access to all Dorset, and beyond.
Poole/Bournemouth, Purbeck, the Jurassic Coast are all within easy reach.
The house is set in wonderful walking and riding country, near the
celebrated Athelhampton House and Hardy's Cottage, and a short drive from Monkey World and numerous other famous Dorset attractions.
We provide comfortable, attractive accommodation with private bathrooms. A
variety of delicious non-meat breakfasts are served in the characterful
dining room with open fireplace. Guests are welcome to use the drawing room
and to enjoy the attractive gardens. Here you have both a convenient
staging post and a superb base in Dorset for longer stays.
