Capoeira is a unique martial art originating from Brasil, unique because it combines self-defence, acrobatics and much more, into one art-form. Through Capoeira people develop a high sense of coordination, self-esteem, flexibility, balance, self confidence, discipline and respect, above all, to keep fit having fun in a very friendly environment.

Our group's philosophy is that there is not difference among us; no matter what age you are, background, style of life, etc, we are all Capoeiristas.
