Reviews of Black Rock House, Hastings

Best rates for a Local Hotel

We arrived at this establishment a week earlier, at very short notice and in the most trying of circumstances. We were made more than welcome by Tracey and Lesley who endured our irregular hours due to a constant vigil being kept at the local hosptial. To say that this estabishment is comfortable, is an understatement, bearing in mind the bad press given recently by a Government Minister regarding B & B's. Black Rock House bucks the trend. The food is excellent and the standards beat some hotels I have stayed in. Nothing is a bother to these ladies and both of us would thoroughly recommend staying at Black Rock to anyone visiting Hastings or the surrounding area. We arrived as strangers and left as friends.
