After visiting today I nearly gained a life times achievement award to get served. The checkout operator and her colleague and 2 other workers standing near by found it necessary to discuss in great detail their hours, when they were going to lunch etc etc completely ignoring the 2 long queues waiting to pay. No acknowledgement was made to the customer, i.e. hello, goodbye or any comment whatsoever. This went on for several minutes, then the operator decided to serve me, only to stop again to start re-discussing how she was fed up and wanted her lunch. The service in this shop is sometimes quite appalling, extremely slow and at times quite unproffessional. It seems the customer is served quite begrudgingly and is very low in the line of priorities.
