Woodford Bridge Essex. 1939- 1960 I lived all my childhood there I lived in Canfield Road, Just a walk from the the village as it was then before thay built all the new houses around Snakes Lane and at the back of the White Hart public house and at side of the Aston Playing Fields I cant tell a tail about the River Roding flooding in 1957 and as a baby my father taking me up to Drapers Hill and showing me the whole of Londons Docks burning From St Pauls to Barking And last V2 bomb which a very large hole in the road at Broadmead before the main Road to Woodforf Green, was ever built.
