Shephard is a TV presenter and journalist who came to public attention as a presenter on Channel 4, notably of The Bigger Breakfast. He has since that time worked for various other broadcasters including the BBC, ITV and Sky, presenting programmes like GMTV, The Krypton Factor, Ninja Warrior UK, DanceX and Sky’s Goals on Sunday.
